Flippo was the very best friend anyone could ever wish for. I had that honor of being HER BEST FRIEND.. She always was there for me no matter what. She will be truly missed. I loved her so much. She was part of our family from the time she stepped on that Playground in Quanah Texas 45 years ago, until that last breath she took on this earth, November 23 2009. I had the honor of being the first person who introduced myself when she moved to Quanah. Flippo held my hand on many occasions when I really needed a friend through out the past 45 years and I had the blessing and honor to be able to hold her hand her last few days fo her life. The lord had blessed Debbie with two beautiful children, Dustin and Amanda and their beautiful families.Most of all I want to say Butch Carver was her soul mate. She looked long and hard for you and when she found you she was scared it was too perfect.Butch you were the love of her life. She loved her life and everyone she ever met. In her heart my parents were her parents and my children her children. We shared many memories and many secrets and lots of good times. Good Bye Sweet Deb ..
