Dear Linda, Laurie and Steve, Helen Keller once said, ".....with the death of every friend I love, a part of me has been buried." Jim MacDonald was a friend I deeply loved and respected. A friend who greatly enriched my life --- who, along with Linda, brought a lot of joy into my life. LaFerne and I share your sorrow. We also share your hope of an eternal reunion. An unknown writer said, "The true meaning of life is to plant trees under whose shade you do not expect to sit..." Jim left a lasting legacy for all of us to enjoy.
