Luginbuel Funeral Home Vinita, 918 – 256 -5555…….Rugina Carren Irving went to be with her Lord on Monday, January 22, 2018 in Claremore Oklahoma. She was born on October 03, 1989 in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania the daughter of Raymond Delmar Irving and Ruth May (Foster) Irving. Rugina moved to Vinita, Oklahoma when she was two years old, she was raised and graduated from Vinita High School. She attended the New Life Church in Vinita, Oklahoma.
Rugina attended one year at The Art Institute of Philadelphia and was attending Rogers State University to obtain her bachelors of arts. Rugina loved travel, photography and spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded by her grandparents, Uncle Gary Irving, Aunt Anita Irving, and Joan Irving.
Rugina is survived by her parents of the home Vinita, Oklahoma one brother Troy Smith and wife Desirae of Capital Heights, Maryland, Niece Zyaire Smith of Capital Heights, Maryland, and a nephew Troy Smith Jr. of Manassas, Virginia. She will be remembered and missed by many friends.
A visitation is planned on Friday February 2, 2018 From 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 11:00 am First Baptist Church Vinita with Rev. Farris Downing officiating and Rev. Carl Foster assisting. Interment will follow services at Shady Grove Cemetery
