Katty Sue Perdue of Jay, Oklahoma died Saturday, August 1, 2009. Katty was the four week old infant daughter of Zeffie Ann Denny and Chris Lee Perdue . Katty was born at 10:51 a.m., Friday, July 3, 2009 at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. At birth, Katty weighed 6 lbs. and 14 oz., was 19 inches long and had light brown hair. She was a very sweet and happy little girl.

In addition to her parents, Katty is survived by two brothers, Nolen Perdue and Dillon Perdue both of Rose, Oklahoma; two sisters, Layla Perdue of Rose and Nadalie Perdue of Jay; grandparents, Rick and Julie Denny of Jay, Larry and Mardean Perdue of Rose, and Arlene and Jason Rutherford of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; great-grandmothers, Eunice Denny of Jay and Sue Perdue of Little Kansas; and eight uncles, Gary Beatty, Travis Denny, Abel Denny, and Bobby Denny all of Jay, Brandon McGarrah and Kyle Perdue both of Rose, Anthony Andrews of Flint Ridge, Oklahoma, and Gerald Andrews of Mosley, Oklahoma.

Katty was preceded in death by her great-parents, Doc Denny, Johnnie and Annie Black and Nolen Price Perdue.

The family will receive friends from 8:00 a.m. to Noon on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay.

There will be a graveside service for Katty at Mount Hermon Cemetery, east of Jay at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 with Brother Jim Alexander officiating. Pallbearers will be Katty’s father, Chris Perdue and her uncle, Bobby Denny.
