Last summer my husband and I went to the Neosho citywide garage sale. It was terribly hot that day. The town was packed with shoppers. We stopped at a convenience store before we started the trip back to Wyandotte. I got out of the truck and looked in the window of the store as I was going in and there sat Michelle and Tara. I walked over to them and Michelle had sweat running down her face and her face was beet red from the heat. She and Tara had left her car and went walking looking at the bargains. Well they had gotten turned around going from yard to yard and did not know where they had left the car. Poor Michelle was wore out from walking so we drove them around town looking for her car. Michelle kept saying if we can just find the house with the Easter Egg tree in the front yard I think we can find the car. Well, believe it or not we did find the egg tree and with a little bit more looking we finally found her car. We laughed about that for the longest time at work, I think God put me there at that store to help Michelle when she needed help. It is a memory that will always make me smile!

Michelle will be missed! So many stories of stopping by the office after school to see her and Mom. I always called her my "office mom" because she was always there and if I couldn't get a hold of my mom during the day, Michelle was there to help! Such a loving and caring person. She helped out so much on my wedding day making sure everything was perfect! She always treated me like one of her own kids. Love you Michelle!

Our deepest condolences to all of you on the passing of dear Michelle. We had the privilege of first meeting Michelle and Kent at Tyler and Trudi's wedding in Las Vegas in 2009. It was not like meeting somebody for the first time. Michelle seemed like an old friend. Her smiling face and warm embrace made you feel like you had always known each other. The couple of subsequent times we met we just seemed to pick up where we had left off. Michelle had that awesome quality of letting you know you were her friend. Although her time on earth has been relatively short she has so obviously touched so many of us so deeply and left behind a memory of one beautiful lady full of hope and love. Dear Tyler and family members, We're so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. She was such a sweet lady and so supportive of you and her family. We know you will miss her so very much. We are so very sorry to hear of Michelle's passing. It came as a surprise and a shock as we did not know she was ill. She looked so pretty and happy the last time I saw her, which was at the Wyandotte PowWow in 2009. She got to talk with Joe, too, so that was good for them both. Joe had some good times at your house and while growing up with Tyler. Our condolences and prayers are with you all during this hard time. Zach passed away 11 years ago on Valentine's Day, too. We know how hard this is but she is with the Lord now and there is no better place to be. We'll be with her again when it is our time. I also met Michelle when my sister Trudi married Tyler and I remember how she opened up her home to us when we came out to Oklahoma. She was so kind and giving. I know how much she loved her children and grandchildren and I know she will be looking down over her family and smiling at the people they are. She will be greatly missed by all.

We came to know Michelle when my sister Trudi married her son Tyler. We met a their wedding. She was immediately friendly and willing to help out wherever she was needed. She was someone that when you first meet them, you felt as if you always knew them. She loved her children so much and she was very proud of both of them. She idolized her grandsons and would speak with such pride when she spoke about each of them. We will miss you Michelle, but we know we will see you again. You are dearly loved.

I met Michelle when my son Daniel, and Tyler started kindergarten, over 22 years ago! What I saw in Michelle the first day I met her, was what I saw in her the last time we talked, and that was kindness, love and encouragement. She always tried to find the good in everyone! When Daniel was going thru a really rough time in his life, Michelle would tell me, Daniels a good young man! She had the same kind of love for Daniel that only I, his mother could have, (or so I thought) unconditional love! Michelle thank you for your love, we will miss you greatly!
