Audrey T. Swoboda, age 88, died on March 3, 2011 at the Grove Nursing Center in Grove, Oklahoma.

Audrey was the daughter of Clarence and Lorena (Wilson) Tidrick. She was born on October 13, 1922 in Winterset, Iowa. Audrey worked as a secretary in the petroleum industry for the Seneca Corporation. Audrey and her husband Leonard moved to Grove in 1977. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Audrey also worked for the Thrift Store and was awarded for her hours as a Cherry Red Volunteer.

Audrey was preceded in death by her parents and her husband and two grandchildren Brian Wells and Chad Smith. She is survived by her two daughters, Janice Denis and her husband Scott and Jeannie Brase and her husband Mark, one brother Lee Tidrick. Audrey was also blessed with two grandchildren Chris Brase and Melisa Morris along with four great-grandchildren Drew Brase, Reese Brase, Payton Morris and Haley Morris.

Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 7, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church in Grove, Oklahoma with Reverend Randy Hamill officiating. Interment will follow at the Olympus Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made in Audrey’s name to the Christian Thrift Store in Grove or The Integris Grove General Auxillary in Care of the funeral home or Regency Hospice, PO Box 1590 Miami, OK 74354.
