Sandra (Sandy) Mary Mulley, 60 year old Colcord area resident passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011 after an extended illness.

Sandra was born on November 7, 1950 in Zion, Illinois to Charles H. York and Mary Elsie (Pyle) York. When Charles and Elsie York moved south in the 70’s to get away from those “Northern winters” Sandy moved as well.
Sandy worked at Mckee Foods for many years and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Gentry, Arkansas. She loved nothing more than being outdoors. Sandy spent many hours tending her vegetable garden and her flowers. Horses were her passion and she enjoyed riding and working with them. She was an avid ready of historical and Christian books and a fan of the old TV classics like Andy Griffith and Bonanza.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Elsie York.

Sandra is survived by her daughter, Marlene Tuder and husband Eddie of Jay, Oklahoma, a sister Christine Sharpe and brother Charles York both of Tennessee; another sister Sharon Beck and two grandsons Lucas and Zachary Tuder of Jay, Oklahoma.

A graveside Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday October 26, 2011, at Duffield Cemetery in Jay, Oklahoma.
