Helen Sigler, age 86 and resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away on September 12, 2018 in the Forrest Manor Nursing Center, Dewey, Oklahoma.

Helen Joy Brown was born on July 18, 1932 in Bartlesville. She was the daughter of William G. Brown ad Gladys (De Pointer) Brown. She had lived her entire life in Bartlesville, where she received her education. She was a graduate of Bartlesville College High.

On November 4, 1955, Helen and Joseph C. Sigler were united in marriage. Helen was a member of the Baptist Church. She had worked at various places during her lifetime, including First National Bank in Bartlesville. Later in life, she worked as a volunteer teacher’s aide in the Bartlesville school system which she enjoyed very much. She loved doing crafts and being with her family and friends. She was a great cook and a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and her presence will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph of the family home; and son, Michael and his wife, Lisa Sigler.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mark Wayne Sigler; daughter, Patricia Ann Sigler; sister, Jeanette Halkiades; and brothers, Monty Brown and William G. Brown.

Come and go visitation will be held on Monday from 9:00 AM-7:00 PM in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home, 710 S. Dewey Ave.

A graveside services for Mrs. Sigler will be held on Tuesday, September 18. 2018, at 2:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Jsue Wagner, Chaplain for Comforting Hands Hospice, will be the officiant.
