Janice, it is with a heavy heart that I write this condolence to you and the girls. Having lived here in San Antonio since 1969, I have lost contact with mostl of my friends and fraternity brothers from the Phi Lambda Chi at Northeastern University at Tahlequah. Danny and I were fraternity brothers since May of 1966. As you know Danny & I were roomates for a number of years and were the best of friends not only in school but having a cabin in Spavinaw, Oklahoma we spent time at Grand Lake, Grove, and Tulsa. He was one of the best drummers I ever heard and he had numerous awards and plaques from high school competition. We shared a lot of good times from 1966 - 1969 and I still remember when he met you at the apartments you guys lived in at Jay.....I think you were neighbors right? The last I saw Danny was at a cafe in Disney in 1991 where we met and had dinner and spent several hours conversing about the "Old Times" in school! I am sorry I cannot be there as my wife of 41 years is totally disabled & I am her caregiver! I loved Danny like family I will say a prayer for him!
