Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma 918-786-2261. Jeannie Lynn Hetherington 56 year old lifetime resident of Zena, Oklahoma, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 12, 2017 in Joplin, Missouri.
Jeannie was born on February 10, 1961 in Miami, Oklahoma. She was the loving daughter of Norma Jean (Hodge) Swogger and Charles “Buck” Swogger. She enjoyed crocheting, catfishing and loved being around children. Jeannie was a sweet and loving sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.
Jeannie was preceded in death by her parents; Buck and Norma Swogger. She leaves behind her two brothers; Charles Swogger and his wife Dee of Grove, Oklahoma, James Hetherington of Kansas City, Missouri and her sister Sandy Love of Grove, Oklahoma. Jeannie was the devoted aunt to her nieces; Christal Lynn Lloyd, Amelia Kay Love Maggie May Love, her nephews Charles Jacob Swogger, Dakota “Tuff” Swogger, Remington Whiteturkey, Rayman Whiteturkey, Aaron Mullenaux and DJ Mullenaux.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5-7 pm, Friday, July 21, 2017 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 22, 2017 at The House of Worship with Pastor Kenneth and Denna Cope officiating. Jeannie will be laid to rest next to her parents in the Zena Cemetery. Honoring Jeannies life serving as casket bearers will be; Tuff Swogger, Remington Whiteturkey, Russ Davenport, Wes Davenport, Tony Hadley and Sam Gassaway. Honorary casket bearers will be Wayne Smith and Charlie Williams.
