Chris Highsmith
Funeral Director

Born in Vinita to Dennis and Maxine Highsmith of Welch, Chris is one of four boys. He has been married to Vicki (Nidiffer) since 1983 the year he came to work for the Luginbuel Funeral Home. Chris has three children: Cameron, Haley and Hunter.

Chris graduated from Welch High School, attended NEO A&M College, and earned an Associates in Applied Science Degree from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He also attended the National Foundation of Funeral Service and the Center for Loss Grief Facilitator School. Chris facilitates the monthly grief support group meetings at the funeral home.
